1.Shipping methods:

We will ship by international packages (EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT or others), or we will ship by the sea (if the order cubage is more than 1 stere). There are 2 ways of international packages: express shipping and standard shipping. We will choose the most appropriate way according the area you live in(Locations We Ship To).

 

2.Shipping & delivery time:

  • After you pay, we will check your order first in 24 hours.Orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 days of placement unless otherwise stated.
  • Tracking information will be sent to you for each package shipped out. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
  • Package maybe delay because of the shortage of goods. It usually take 3-15 days to replenish the stock. We will send email to you once the item is out of stock, and no processes will done until your reply. We can offer exchange or cancel service for you according your will.
  • Shipping time will be affected by longer customs clearance times or public holidays. If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates, Please kindly submit a ticket in your account for help.
